Refund policy

Cancellations:

We accept cancellations within 48 hours of the original order.

Returns: 

*Returns are only eligible for defects. Except on Clearance and/or Final Sale items.*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be mailed back WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS from receiving your shipment. Please send your item(s) to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the time limit has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items:

Used or worn items, custom or personalized items, print-on-demand items, made-to-order items, gift cards, sale, clearance or "final sale" Items.

Sale/Promotions/Clearance items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded. Final Sale items means all sales final. No refunds or exchanges. No additional promos allowed on Clearance and/or Final Sale items.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your tracking to ensure I have received your package.

Next, check your bank or PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning your item(s) due to factory defects, you will receive a shipping label in your email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
